"I had tried to lite my Water Heater multiple times and it would not lite. I am a retired HVAC Technician myself and have lit many Water Heaters before. I thought there was certainly something wrong with it. The Technician from 100% Plumbing checked it out , lit it , and didn't charge me a dime. "These guys were amazing. I hired them to replace my tankless hot water heater. They took a no need to haggle approach to the estimate process, which I appreciated. The install process felt very white glove, with runners deployed left left my floors and freshly painted walls without a mark. JD was very professional and personable, taking the needed time to do the install correct the first time. They even went the extra mile and fixed an unrelated issue (was not their fault) that would have failed the city inspection. What service! These guys are my new go to plumbers "

"I had a 14 year old water in my attic and after the pilot lite went out for the second time, i decided to get a new heater. I called 1800 plumber at 3 pm and Chad arrived at 5. He went into the attic and re lit the pilot so i would have hot water. Anyway i bought a new heater, which was installed the next morning. Everything was perfect and i highly recommend 1-800-plumber and especially Chad"
