Small jobs welcome

"Patrick is detail oriented, professional and kind. He is knowledgeable in his craft and has great mentor group to back him up. His work is clean and he keeps the jobsite very organized. I knew I was working with a professional the moment he showed up. I would highly recommend him. He did an epoxy garage floor coating for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. "

"The Bridgeport crew came out on a Saturday three days after I called them because I needed the job done ASAP. These guys are top notch, they did a terrific job. I would highly recommend calling them if you need any concrete leveling before calling anyone else. Other companies that have a ton of marketing out there came and quoted an outrageous price for the same job. I'm very glad there are hard working contractors out there that do a great job for a fair price and put customer service first. A+++"

"I am a 66 year-old woman in escrow for a lovely home precariously perched on a hill above a creek. The generic "home inspection" by another professional raised questions that needed a greater level of expertise. I have no skills or experience in sorting out such issues, and found this foreign content area intimidating. I nervously committed to Jay's fee, without really knowing what I was asking for. <br /> Now that it's all over, I can shout IT WAS A BARGAIN!  <br /> Jay did a thorough examination, pinpointed the issues, and provided clear, concise suggestions for correction.  I understand it and I know what to do next. AND, the corrections are affordable.  <br /> He patiently walked me through the entire process, teaching me a great deal, and increasing my comfort level immeasurably. His knowledge is deep and wide, and he is very easy to work with. <br /> I endorse him without reservation! <br />"

"When Todd first started breaking up the packed gravel driveway, he hit and pierced the main gas line. It was only 6 inches below the surface (should have been a couple feet). I wasn't home but Todd responded quickly, shut off the breaker box (to eliminate the possibility of explosion) and contacted the fire department. Once that drama was over, the rest of the drain and concrete work went smoothly. <br /> <br />"

"These guys are beyond great.  Always responsive and very professional, clear written bid with lots of details.  When they started the work it was promptly completed and very nicely cleaned up at the end of the project. At the end of each day, they were very careful to clean up the yard and street.  We even ran in to a surprise in the middle of the project, a water line embedded in the concrete that I was unaware of. They repaired the line and buried it in the gravel below the new driveway at no extra cost.  The final driveway and walk was better looking than I anticipated.  <br>I would hire Jake and his crew again and highly recommend them for any concrete work. <br> <br>"

"Beautiful detailed work, accurate fixed costs -and a free side order of humor! Ed Gause, Lake Oswego, OR delivers composite decks that are both beautiful, well crafted, and on budget. What more do you want in a deck person? Everything I wanted was implemented with attention to detail. I received a fixed cost bid that included all foreseeable materials and labor. But be prepared for the cost of materials. Ed normally does smaller projects but after careful consideration Ed decided to take on my large project. Our main patio, along with the fence running the entire length of my dog run is a monster! It is an expansive two level deck with a full set of stairs leading up to a gazebo on the top level. See photos. It was also was in need of some structural repairs as well. In our opinion, its one of the best-looking patio we've seen. Next was the small deck off of our master bedroom -on the second floor! It also needed additional structural joists to decrease the floor board spans. Miters and enc cuts were sharp and clean,. Then after painting all the end cuts, the composite lumber blended into a seamless, flowing wood like appearance. See photos. Sil & DIane Davis"

"The Wall is incredible! We needed full landscaping done for our new construction and an addition added to our patio. The work they did was amazing and they were so professional. Originally I didn’t know they did landscaping and just needed them to extend our concrete patio, but after speaking with them they told me they now do landscaping too. They put in full irrigation, put down sod and provided landscape design! It was so nice to be able to complete my entire backyard with one company. Our backyard looks perfect and we could not be more grateful for everyone at The Wall. If you need any landscaping done they are the ones you should hire!"

"The entire project took almost two weeks and included removal of all the <br /> stair ways and existing patios, regrading the grounds, adding gravel <br /> and clean up. They exceeded our expectations in every respect. We were <br /> concerned that with their bid being the lowest of four that corners <br /> might be cut but none were. I would hire them again for any kind of <br /> concrete work and highly recommend them here. <br />"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Welches, OR

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
