"3/2019 they installed new toilet and replaced drain pipe in my basement utility sink. He picked up the parts from Home Depot and installed as promised in a efficient and professional manner. On 8/8/2020 I called after having no hot water and not being able to get the pilot to light on my hot water heater. Mr. Georgini was was patient and helpful. He asked me to send a picture of the water heater control and talked me through the process staying on the phone until my problem was resolved. Pilot was just slow to ignite. "Found this company on Angie's List and am I happy we called them. We had been using another company and has a service contract with them, but they were always too busy to do anything. We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems. Unique Indoor Comfort staff were very slow in providing warranty papers for the extended warranty of the Rheem Water Heater - it took a month to get the proper sticker to validate the warranty - and made it seem like a problem. We hope that they respect the warranties for the A/C and Furnace through Carrier."
