I had two water heaters installed today and he was right on time, the price was fair - the water is not hot yet but I am sure he will be back if there is a problem. (I was just anxious to get my review in case I forgot to do so later.) The heaters have a 10 year warranty so I appreciated his manufacturer of choice, AO Smith, and that he gave me the tags so I have the proof of the warranty. I will definitely call him again with any plumbing needs."

Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."
