He made sure I understood everything that was happening. He showed me the areas where they worked and let me know what to do if my pipes started backing up again. They really saved me. "Do not hire Clear Flow, Rolando or his team. First he took 3 weeks to service the job after multiple reschedules and overcharged for the job once he began. After his team drilled the hole for the dryer vent, I used the stacked unit once and it shifted out of place, unplugged and was stuck in the door. I contacted the owner Rolando for a good faith repair. His usual response time is 1 hour but this time it took seconds for him to respond and say he isn?t and will not do anything. Also even worse - the washer wasn?t hooked up right so the pipes leaked through the wall to the first floor bathroom. Do not hire this pro - very disappointing experience "
