"The main water line from my home had a leak. I researched online and got a call within 5 minutes from Mr Rooter. They had a man on his way to another job but since mine was an emergency they re-routed him to my home. He arrived within 10 minutes, showed me the place where the line was cracked and leaking. Explained the work he would do and the cost to me. I accepted and he started to dig the line up to repair the area. It was just at sunset and he worked in the dark for over an hour. He was professional, pleasant and efficient. I was impressed & will use this company in the future when I need a plumber."

"We had a new air conditioner installed on October 6th. Everything was great. Leonardo and Adonis were so nice and everything was so clean and neat. They were very efficient. On October 7th we had an issue and the service technician Matt Mena came out and was so great. He did everything and took care of the issue. On October 10 we had another issue and Nick Ford Field Supervisor came and took great care or us. We appreciate these guys so much. They all worked very hard for us. Sansone is a great company to choose for your air conditioning services.. 5 Star service all the way!!! Thank you Sansone!!!"

"Great company, friendly customer service, and more importantly, QUICK RESPOND. I had an emergency , and they were there when I need them; Clogbusters showed up at the house after working hours, gave me a temporary solution for the night, and showed up the next day, early in the morning, to install the new weather heather. I would recommend them 100%; no doubt about it. Thank you so much for your help."

"Same day service. Very nice plumber came with assistant. Checked to see if they had the correct water heater and picked it up. Installed new water heater and took the old one away. Put in a new valve. All very professional."

"Our hot water heater stopped working this morning. No hot water at all :-( I called IHM at 5:30pm and spoke with Andre. He was awesome! Professional & compassionate. He discussed our needs and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. (Less than half what we had been quoted for the same job by a big name competitor) He then said I m heading over to you right now Such a relief! What a great experience from beginning to end. Andre was knowledgeable & professional. The work was done in a timely manner and he remained with us to ensure that we had hot water at the completion of the work. I cannot recommend this young man enough-he is an incredible asset to the company. I have saved his name and number in my contacts-he will be the person I call when I next need plumbing work done! Thank you"
