"The repair went well. Within minutes of requesting quotes through Angi's list, Ralph called me and scheduled an appointment right away. Ralph called when in route to let me know what time to expect him. Ralph and Peter were super pleasant and immediately got to work to repair the issue with the gas pipe and valve. Ralph explained to me what needed to be done and he and Peter got the job done quickly and efficiently. "If I could give 10 STARS I would. I have been in Dumont for over 23 years and have used multiple Plumbers. My favorite plumber retired and I was left to look for a new company. As a single mom, its hard to find companies I can trust inside my home or actually do the job correctly. Well, All Pipeworks was perfect from beginning to end. Erik immediately contacted me to review my issues with my water heater. HE LOOKED up my warranty FOR ME... He took the time to call my water heater company, found my contract and my remaining warranty. He helped me with all my options and was never pushy or aggressive. He explained everything in a language I can understand and was absolutely professional. He and his team, came by replaced my water Heather and other items from my furnace. He left the place clean, did not damage anything else in the boiler room and I have hot water again. It was seamless from start to finish. I will be calling Eric again for all plumbing needs.
