"Frankie and Holly Piazza are top notch! If you're looking for someone who takes the time to research everything and do it right the first time, you want Frankie and Holly at Clear Flow Plumbing. Everything was meticulously reviewed, planned out, and executed with precision. Though there was some extra work above and beyond the initial estimate, the extra amount added was more than reasonable. No gotchas or surprises. They installed a new high-tech water softener/filtration/salt bin with a hub, as well as a new water heater and some other minor repairs. They also split our water system off so that lawn irrigation and outside spigots were on a separate line than the softened water, so more piping in the crawl space, but they took the time to make sure everything was the way it should have been when the house was built. Professional, personable, down-to-earth, no-nonsense, no hard-sell... just good, honest plumbers who know how to treat a project and a customer without overcharging. 5 stars."

"Austin was very professional and knowledgeable about the installation installed. He answered all of our questions, was very thorough and we are very pleased with the results."

"Had a lot of trouble installing the heater - had to come back 2 additional times- flip flopped on price from quote."

"Highly recommend! Super easy to communicate with, quick install, reasonable pricing."

"They are replacing my water heater."

"Upon arrival, we showed Jim the room where we had a terrible odor. He went into the basement area to check for any leaks. Next he identified the toilet as the culprit. The toilet had not been installed properly and a piece below the toilet was cracked not allowing the correct seal. Before fixing anything, we were shown the problem, told what the cost would be, and then after getting the go-ahead, he fixed the problem. It is great to be able to leave that door open! While he was looking for leaks in the basement area, Jim mentioned that the pipes had been located in areas that they should not be. He measured and gave us an estimate on relocating the pipes, which we will have done within the next two weeks. We are extremely pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend Wild West Plumbing!

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
