"Ben unexpectedly showed up the day after I called with a window unit so that it would be cool in my house, until they could install the new unit. He not only came in several hundred dollars less with the exact same warranty, but included a ultraviolet air purifier, as well as a water pump to remove the condensation to a drain instead of outside my house like my old unit.
