"Landscape Lighting Designers Plus was referred to me by a colleague.  I visited the home where the lighting was installed and was very impressed with its appearance.  The lighting magnified the exterior of the home and caused me to pause and desire it for my own home.  After contacting Mr. Collins regarding my interest, he scheduled me for a consultation concerning design and price within days of our conversation.  At the consultation, we discussed my desire for outcome, design, how to get started, deposit required, and installation dates.   Mr. Collins was able to schedule me for installation within 7 days and completed the job on time and in a superb manner.  He left the work areas clean and in sections of the yard and/or gardens that had to be disrupted to run electrical, it appeared as though nothing had been disturbed.
The experience was great.  Mr. Collins is a consummate professional.  I love the design of my landscape lighting and I consistently receive many compliments on its beauty.  Mr. Collins' expert advice regarding making an upfront investment relating to the size of the transformer, gave me the options that I needed to be able to stay within budget and still get the overall look desired by adding more lighting at a later time.  I look forward to adding additional spotlights on both sides of my home in the near future. 
Recently I phoned Mr. Collins because I noticed a bulb out in one of the pathway lights as I was leaving my home for a few hours....Upon my return and to my surprise, the bulb had been replaced and Mr. Collins left a message that he'd made the repair!  Extraordinary service...

"Cougar Development did an excellent job creating a living space out of an addition to a home built in 1918. The drywall work was excellent as was the placing of needed electrical outlets and ceiling fan/lighting. Closet space is extremely hard to come by in our neighborhood and Cougar was able to build a 30 sq ft closet that our growing family is able to take advantage of. This room was just a storage space and is now a usable living area after Cougar was done with it. The quality of work for the price I paid was amazing!
