Sergio completed the permit process with the county, scheduled the necessary sub-contractors needed for the job, scheduled the necessary inspections with the county, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Antonio took the lead on completing most of the work in our home supervising their team of workers as they completed the framing, insulation, sheetrock, painting, crown molding, and trim carpentry work. "Caleb communicated with us throughout the check of our system. He and myself had a problem locating a certain item to check on an alarm but he figured it out, finished assessing the problem and worked up the estimates for us to decide upon. He gave us time after completely explaining each estimate to decide. He also got on the phone and explained to another employee who might be dispatched to complete the repair once parts came in exactly what the problem was, what parts he had ordered and what needed to be done. "I called polecat remodeling to get a repair done to my hvac/ducts on June 4, 2020. My house was not staying cool and I realized there was some thing wrong with the hvac /ductwork under house. I was very impressed with the service. The man doing repair was out within 30 min to my home. He charged me a fair price and he was very professional and very polite too. I Immediately saw a difference in the air coming through the vents and house is nice and cool again. I will definitely be giving him my business again! I'm sure my electric bill will go down now too to he has saved me some money on the long run."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"My home was hit by a tornado and we had 5 trees fall onto our roof, crashing into a bedroom. General Repair & Restoration Service Inc. rushed to my rescue, removed the trees and secured a tarp over the roof before more rain hit. Then they removed/replaced the rafters, insulation and shingles. The bedroom got new drywall, a new window, the closet rebuilt, trim, new light fixture and painted. Outside, the siding, gutters and gutterguard was also replaced. Mr. Gentry worked with my insurance company which was a big help to me. Mr. Gentry and all of his workers were very polite and professional while at my home. They arrived as scheduled, came prepared with materials, and took care of the repairs as needed.  They treated my family and our belongings with great care and consideration. I would definitely refer this company to anyone.
