"Alpha Home Services was such a big help! I had a water leak incident that damaged the floor and ceiling of my home and Alpha Home Services was able to come quickly and open the ceiling and take out the dry wall. The first day they came they laid out all the plastic and closed off the damaged area and took out the dry wall to let air dry the foundation of the home. The next day they let it dry and came to check and spray to ensure there would be no mold. After they came again to install new dry wall and paint. They also were able to give me an estimate for all the damages and talk to my insurance company for the claim. I was able to get my claim and my home repaired in no time. Thank you again!"

Having never gone through a home renovation process, we were a little bit skeptical as to which company we wanted to hire to undertake the task of transforming a two-story living room area in our home into a space which converted the upper portion into an additional bedroom. If anything came up in the project where a particular aspect needed to be changed or corrected based off of the initial assessment, Russell always made sure to reach out to us immediately to explain the reason as to why, as well as obtain permission to proceed. That particular point was extremely reassuring, whereas some other companies may just add extra work to your project without notifying you and then hit you with an inflated bill at the end. At no point in time did Russell ever try to oversell me on any aspect of the project, nor did he brush aside any issue that other companies may feel to be trivial. If we had a question or a concern, Russell had an answer or a solution. Russell and his team were able to take a vision that we had in our heads for our open space, and literally turn it into a reality. Additionally, we were able to add in some recessed lighting and ceiling fans along the way. The attention to detail that his crew invested into our project was above and beyond even our own expectations. It truly feels like we are living in a new house.
