"From the moment that Alan came to our home to look at the job through completion we were impressed. He explained all the different options that we re available to us for a bathtub conversion to a walk in shower and quoted us a price for doing some ceiling fans and installing 2 storm doors. He was clear on the timeframe to start and how long it would take. Several days later I asked for a quote on removing all the old flooring and installing all new vinyl plank in the whole house. His price was again the lowest but beyond that his explanation of how he would do it and the timeline needed. We closed on the house February 3rd and met Alan that day explaining we needed to move in March 15th. Alan began the job 2 weeks later advising he would be be done by March 11th. Even after us adding some additional odd jobs and us causing 2 days lost due to driveway repairs and improvements Alan was done on time. He delivered on everything promised with high quality work in an extremely professional manner. We could not be happier with everything he did. Many times a contractor is selected based on price but Heartland not only had the best (by far) price the workmanship was like none that we have ever had before from someone I was not already familiar with. By all means if you need work done hire him."

"Frank was absolutely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to get done and how we wanted it. He stayed in touch with us weekly about the construction and if we were pleased with everything. We told him that we would like the construction to be completed in 6 months and by the 7th month we were moved in!"

"Sales rep was clear and explained everything that would be done, materials and the installers were professional, clean and did a great job!"

"We had a great overall experience. Wish they could've done our entire bathroom remodel but they specialized in wet space for bathrooms and some electrical. Our installer Tim was Excellent and did an amazing job!"

"ImproveIt remodeled my guest bathroom in 2023. The whole process was remarkably smooth and quick. I plan to use them again to remodel the master bath here in a few months."

"Midtown did an awesome job on this project, from helping me decide what design was best for me and offering a solid payment plan that I could work with shortly after buying a home, to scheduling the project and maintaining constant communication throughout the process. The help with getting the stuff I needed for HOA approval was a breeze and the project was completed in a day and they even managed to get the project on the calendar a month sooner than initially planned. Overall my experience with midtown and the people there was a 5/5! The back patio cover is an awesome addition to my home and seems like it's built to last."

"Allen made my house look amazing. We had some rotting wood posts on the porch, and as he got into the work, it was worse than we thought. Since some of the damage was on the porch roof, he took photos of the damage and of the repairs step by step so we knew exactly what he was doing. He did some exterior painting and pressure washing as well. We have a LOT of concrete and it was a BIG undertaking! Since it had not been washed in over a decade, I wondered if it could even look any better. Allen got our driveway cleaner than I imagined, my porch and exterior painting look AMAZING , and he did everything in a timely manner. He was punctual and professional, and he worked long hours in the scorching heat to get the job done. I highly recommend him!"
