"Dennis and his assistant, Manuel were absolutely wonderful. Work was completed on time and is immaculate. They cleaned up after themselves daily and worked hard throughout the day. I am highly pleased with their work and work ethics. They were also friendly with my dogs. I felt totally comfortable being in my house with them alone, as a female. I will always look to them for future projects, I plan to call them for kitchen remodeling in the future."

"Patio Enclosures was fantastic, the subcontractors that came to do the job were not. However, Patio Enclosures sent two Field Supervisors over to spend and entire day addressing all of our concerns. Overall, their customer service is what made us happy with this project and we absolutely love our 3-season room!"

"Company showed up as planned. Preformed & completed work on time. Totally professional. Work well."

"Very professional. Explained things in terms I could understand. Went above and beyond. Fast response."

"4/15. On Mar 3. They showed up on time. It rain the next day. However, they mad it up in time. It was only two people and they painted and repaired my whole house in four days. The representative who set this up came out, gave me a very good price and was very professional. They didn't take any money until the job was finished and we did a final walk thru. I will definitely recommend them to anybody and will use this company again. I'm very impressed!"

"It went well there was an issue with the painters and the quality of the carpentry which they came back and fixed. The deck now looks awesome."

"The job was long and difficult. The owners watched the entire process to ensure everything was done correct."

"It was messy but that is to be expected when working on sheet-rock and carpentry. The work itself turned out very well. The job was to enlarge two closets, repair wood and sheet-rock, install two large doors with mirrors, casing, and paint. Good carpentry work; we had a couple of problems but he immediately asked what we thought and did not try to cover or hide the imperfection. Mr Tolbert was willing to redo a part that was not perfect - his suggestion. That, perhaps, is the most important quality: if something is not right, he will tell you, discuss ways to improve, and redo if necessary. He brought a helper to paint two rooms and the helper too was very professional. I would definitely hire him again to do carpentry, painting and other handyman work. My only 4 star instead of 5 was because it took him a while to get back to me with an estimate and a possible start day - that could be because he is overwhelmed with work. We had expected 4 days of work: 1 per closet, and 1 per painted room. He finished in 3 days (once he got a helper it went faster)."

"Luke did an EXCELLENT job! His estimate was fair and didn't change mid-job. He was at my home every day at the time he said he would be and worked through the day and kept us abreast of his progress and what he would be doing the next day. Every day when he left, he cleaned up anything he used and left no mess (really we left a bigger mess). He removed the shelving systems in the closets and replaced them when he was done, moved all the heavy appliances and furniture and really, once he left, we were left with a beautiful home and no signs he was ever there. He is professional, polite and a very talented young man. We already have plans to hire him for additional projects. Choosing this young man would not be a mistake. We are amazed at the work he did and this was definitely money well spent. Thank you for your work Luke!"

"The experience was easy from start to finish. The NGR team was very responsive and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable with our decision. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend NGR to anyone wanting a trustworthy company to do their renovations"
