"When we first started to plan our kitchen renovation, we struggled to get responses from many local (Arlington, VA) contracting/kitchen&bath businesses. We were referred to Capstone Remodeling via a colleague who recently completed her bathroom remodel. Stephen returned our call immediately, and scheduled walk-through within a few days. The process was impressive. We had little-to-no knowledge of how kitchen renovations typically work, and didn’t have a clear picture in our heads for the final design. Stephen spent a little time taking notes, pictures, and making drawings of the general space. Following the visit, Stephen was able to provide us with a new design concept for the kitchen, which optimized the small space available in our condo kitchen, as well as a detailed estimate including labor and materials. Once we agreed, Stephen also provided us with his contacts for Cabinetry and appliances, who worked closely with us and Capstone Remodeling to ensure we purchased the right appliances for the new space, as well as coordinate deliveries and installation for cabinets and appliances. Stephen’s team provided electrical (had to re-wire some items!), plumbing, cabinet installation, flooring, painting and backsplash installation. Additionally, they worked with us to identify areas which may require additional adjustments (cabinets not quite in line, gaps between wall/cabinet, etc), installed a new ceiling fan, and removed all the old appliances for us! Due to the pandemic causing appliance stock issues, the process took longer than any of us expected, but the team was polite, friendly, honest, and seemed to genuinely care about the outcome. While I think they were hesitant about some of our color choices, we all agreed the kitchen turned out better than expected. We will absolutely use Capstone for our upcoming bathroom renovation!"

The first time we hired Steve Everett we asked him to remodel our master bathroom, a remnant of the late 1970s. Steve worked with us every step of the way. After carefully measuring the space available, he offered a number of options for how our bathroom might be renovated. Once we decided on the bathroom’s new configuration, styles and colors, Steve and his competent crew went to work. They immediately impressed us by employing large screens and tarps to protect our adjoining rooms and furniture. They took great care to keep dust and disruption to a minimum. Then, after painstaking preparation, they installed a beautiful tile shower and floor and a new cabinet and sink. The quality of their workmanship quickly became apparent as they worked toward project completion. Once complete, we were amazed at how different our upgraded bathroom looked and how DreamMaker made it so much more appealing. We also seemed to gain space, a direct result of Steve Everett’s more efficient design. We love our larger shower and feel much safer with the expanded floor space. "Two Brothers Handymen enlarged a single closet door to a double door. I have an antique house and it was a huge job which required removing plaster walls, patching antique pine floors and matching original casing and baseboards. They took the trouble of carefully removing and reusing materials where possible. The job they did was absolutely superb and it looks like an original part of the house. Beyond that, they were highly responsive, reasonably priced, cleaned the job site thoroughly after each day, and were really, really nice guys. Highly recommend with no reservations!"

"Such a great experience with Ultimate Remodel. This is the first time we've ever remodeled parts of a house, and Tunc and his team were patient, informative, and professional. Remodeling companies in Northern VA have outrageous prices, but ultimate didn't just have the best quote, but also provided feedback on what asks may not be worth the additional cost. They never tried to upsell or suggest that we had to go with certain selections. When we did prefer higher-priced items, they helped us manage where we could cut back to accommodate. One of the best parts? They finished early. EARLY! They were very aware that my husband was deployed and I worked full time at home (and have 2 small children) all during a pandemic. They rearranged their schedule so that I wasn't more than 2 week without a fully functioning kitchen. FOR REAL. I can't express how impressed I am with their whole team."
