"We hired Bill to do our kitchen remodel, which consisted of a small kitchen, dining and sitting area, all with the same floor in common. We had researched many, many contractors, partially because one had walked out on us just prior to cabinets being ordered. Needless to say, we were somewhat guarded when we had to start the search all over again. Bill was very personable and patient from the start. He communicated well, provided a detailed quote, and answered our many questions along the way. Bill and his crew were courteous, knowledgeable, and tidy. It was apparent that they were skilled craftsmen, who took pride in their work and cared about the finished product. Bill made it clear from the start he wanted us to be happy at the end of the job. We noticed things along the way that other contractors would have or could have cut corners on, but Bill and his crew were very detail-oriented and worked together to find the right solutions. He uses quality subcontractors, and it was very comforting to hear them speak highly of him as well. We now have the beautiful kitchen we had waited so long for thanks to Bill and his crew, and we would highly recommend them. Bill knows how to run a business. Thank you, Bill!"

"Diane Civiletti did a superior job.  This is the third job that Diane has done for us so we already knew that she was a
perfectionist.  Diane is the consummate professional and she has this down to a science.  She explains exactly what she is going to do, gives you a checklist (in writing) of everything she is going to do, including anything that needs to be done prior to the job.  There is no confusion on the project and you know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.  She schedules a specific time that the work will be performed and she is punctual and meets the time frame.  Diane gave us an estimate of the project with a min/max price (in our case, a $500 range).  She did run into some additional difficulties with our job (as can happen with this type of work), but the final billing was still within her original estimate.  The work is excellent, professional, and without any surprises.  Well, the only surprise may be how truly good the work is.  It is top notch, high end, and professional work.
Also note, if you are redoing your kitchen, as we did, refinishing the cabinets to a "new" condition costs significantly less than buying new cabinets.  In our case, the cabinets were structurally sound they just had 20+ years of being used in a kitchen.
We highly recommend the Diane Civiletti and the Carriage House II.  She does not disappoint.  We have already emailed Diane for a fourth job to refinish a kitchen table that has great sentimental value to us.  It was my parent's table and they are no longer with us.  It needs refinished and I have absolutely no hesitation to let Diane perform her craft on this irreplaceable piece of furniture.

Owner Eric is trustworthy, and honest!! I have had them do a complete roof rebuild, deck rebuild, painting of doors, and plumbing work done on my house so-far. "Terrence and crew were absolutely fantastic. Terrence was certainly communicative, punctual, and definitely on budget. He made some wonderful suggestions and came up with creative solutions for any problems that arose. The original estimate was very close to what the final cost was (of course there are always some additional costs to the final bill) as any additional costs were discussed and approved first. We had a full bathroom remodel done. He tore down to the studs and rebuilt. The finished product is truly amazing. "Jeremy was just the best, his co-workers were top-notch and knew their job pretty well. Having a remodel done is a big headache, but these guys kept me pretty upbeat considering how hard they were working. "We hired Sure-Fix to do multiple jobs. The owner, Henry, came to our house and we walked him through all of the projects we want done and he provided good feedback and ideas. He also understood that this isn't our forever home, so while we do want to make it nicer, some projects are not worth putting money in to. They gutted our mudroom, replaced the old exterior door, closed in a window to provide better space functionality, built shelves in the mudroom closet to make it a pantry, insulated the room, rebuilt the unstable steps, instead outlets, base board heater, and new lights, replaced the flooring, replaced the roof over the mudroom, put up dry wall, and painted. They also installed a new exterior door in our sun room, replaced five old windows, and installed new outlets in our office. The workers were all very nice and you could tell they know their trade. They told us if we discovered an issue they would come fix it. Good customer service."
