"This could hardly have gone better.  Our washer decided to wet itself all over the place yesterday.  Called this AM, spoke to a friendly phone rep at E-appliance, and they sent out a repairman this afternoon.  Robert arrived within the specified window and quickly found the problem (fill sensor hose had detached on the inside).  Simple fix.  No BS, no trying to sell us repairs we didn't need.  He made some recommendations for how to prevent problems in the future, and even banged out a dent that had been in the front panel of the washer for years.  Should we ever need appliance repair again, it will be an easy call.  Thanks guys!

It was later in the day and I didn't expect to hear back until the next day, but Larry returned my call and said he could come out that evening after finishing another job. 1. Air Conditioning repair:  one of my A/Cs stopped working.  It turned out to be a pretty big breakdown in the unit, but the guys were on it.  They were able to figure out how to access the unit (it's in the ceiling, so it's pretty tricky).  They had all the parts in the truck that they needed.  They also took the time to show me what was wrong and explain what they were doing.  They even showed me additional filters to be changed (they were hidden in the ceiling).  As a bonus, they had some filters that they gave me - installed them in both of my A/C units (the broken and non broken one).  (Approx cost: $750 - including all parts and labor.)  Once the A/C was fixed, they turned it on, and used a machine to take the exact temperature of the air coming out of the vent.

2. Nest installation: I had purchased the Nest a while ago.  I thought about installing them myself, but erred on the side of caution and went with a professional.  I'm glad I did.  They had both Nest units up and running in no time flat! Plus, they knew of another switch to press to turn off the power to the A/C, rather than having to turn off all the power in my unit via the circuit breaker.  (Cost: $200 total for both unit installs)

I also really appreciated that they took the time to cleanup.  They asked me for my vacuum cleaner, and vacuumed when they finished.  They moved paintings off the wall without my having to ask (paintings that were not directly blocking what they were doing, but could have been accidentally hit in the process).  They even moved my heavy bed in order to access the thermostat...and remembered to move it back!

Bonus: I forgot to mention, one of the guys heard some noise coming from the vent, controlled by the working A/C.  He said "that's not right" and adjusted the grille so that the noise stopped!!!"

"Robert was a wonderful technician. He was concerned about the expense in replacing the burned out parts needed to repair the washer, and attempted to find options. However, the parts were needed, and so he reduced the labor costs, which he didn't have to do. We were very impressed with him, and worked long and hard to repair the washer, which we had originally thought we may have to completely replace. Our 15- year old 'top of the line' washer looks like it might last another 15 years. We will definitely use this company for all of our appliances. After we used Home Advisor for this situation, and hired Airflow, we cancelled our Sears Home Warranty , which had kept us waiting 2 weeks to repair our washer, including a no-show who finally showed up 3 hours late. Bravo to Home Advisor and Airflow. We are very satisfied!"

"This was my first remodel of any kind.  Never been around it, never done it, never seen it.  Steve was my general contractor/project manager from Precise.  He was very nice and friendly and always wanted to do what was best for me and this project.  I had a very limited budget and was looking to get the most out of it.  In general, the project went well.  
Day one they did a complete demo of my kitchen and removed everything...including the appliances, which I didn't expect.  The flooring for the entire condo took one day to demo and just over a day to replace.  I was very excited after the first week with everything that was accomplished.  Beginning week two, I felt like everything came to a halt.  There would be workers there one day and then no one for two days, or sometimes only for half a day.  It went on like that for the next 6 weeks.  What I thought was going to be a 4-week project (as that was what was estimated) actually ended up being a 7+ week project.  Some of the delay was unavoidable complications that came up, but I felt that the project wasn't managed (from a time management standpoint) as well as I expected.  Steve was very good about explaining that delays were inevitable in construction, but as a first time renovator it was very frustrating.
I personally felt that some of the contractors that were used were perhaps on Precies?s "B" team and that caused unnecessary delays (as they sometimes had to go back and redo something they had already completed because it was done incorrectly).  This may have been a direct result of my budget.  The best example of this, was the cabinet install.  Due to budgetary constraints, I purchased Ikea cabinetry instead of custom built.  I assumed that since it was all prefabricated and each box came with an instruction manual there would be no issue - this was not the case.  When I got home to review what had been done, many of the cabinets were not constructed properly, there were parts that had been used incorrectly and needed to be replaced.  Steve was able to get his team to come back and fix much of it, though the double oven still sticks out a little further than it should (I?m not sure if that is a function of the cabinet install or the oven install).  Ultimately they were able to fix everything, but my expectation of prefabricated cabinets being quicker was missed.
Steve did his absolute best to belay any concerns I had during the process, and would go out of his way to make sure issues that came up were addressed.  There were days he would run over after work hours to make sure he understood what I was talking about.  He went the extra mile to try and make up for the frustrations I was having with timing and the cabinet install, including having his painter do a little more for me to make sure everything looked right.
My kitchen came out great, even on a tight budget. It is amazing how much nicer my condo is after this renovation. Overall, I am very happy with the outcome and happy with Precise.  I look forward to my next renovation with Precise would recommend using them."

Ran listened to our ideas for the kitchen and came up with a great design that is functional and looks so pleasing. He was super patient as we made small tweaks to the design until it was just as we wanted it. When it came time to install, Ran and his crew did an above and beyond job working with our uneven floors and ceiling. Working on the smallest details to get them just right, and all with a smile! The price is great especially for the high quality of cabinets and service. We went with custom paint colors and they did such a great job. I would highly encourage anyone getting a new kitchen to go with them. Ask for Ran!"
