"They were very professional. Everything cleaned up afterwards. Don't remember fee($250-$400??) However, do not purchase stairlift from Acorn. My wife passed in that week (thus the removal) and Acorn would not honor their 10 day full refund policy. I ate 2/3 of the cost!"
