"This plumbing problem began January 29th 2014, about 8  p.m. I called the City on Jan 30th they sent someone out and said it appeared to be a frozen pipe or busted pipe (but not from their water break / which we could see in the street as the flow was freezing up) So I went to Angie's List found a local plumber (Flo Maxx) they responded that day.
I am very please with Flo Maxx service and their professionalism and friendliness. Since my situation is a little different (still dealing with the City) I thought Flo Maxx went above and beyond the call of duty (example buying us cases of water, shoveling our sidewalk, etc.). Yes, I would use them again and Yes I would recommend their services. "Sunday March 28, 2021 I had the pleasure of working with Aqua Doctors Plumbing at 1304 Eastview Drive Waukegan, IL 60085. At home there were two (2) small gas leaks at connection points with my furnace and the stove. They were the first to reply when I initiated the request for quotes on Saturday 3/27. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11-1 pm. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time they quoted (yippee). I was prepared to provide shoe covers due to the pandemic. They were respectful of safety measures and had their own shoe covers and masks in hand already. Bravo! Chris and Rob were very good at providing and explanation of services to be rendered. A consultative approach was used and appreciated. They did not talk down to you as the client/non-plumber in the room. They worked expeditiously and thoroughly resolving both issues.
