"The technician was extremely courteous and professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and not only cleared the clogged drain line but also repaired/replaced the shoddy work that was done by the plumber from my home warranty company, which I dropped right after that. The technician, Seth, did a great job and quickly as well. I’ve put Direct Services Plumbing and Drain Inc. into my contacts because of this great experience I had."

"The tub was purchased by the Plumbing company I Hired to instal it"

"Saved me a good amount of money. Very knowledgeable and patient. Fixed leak and drain pump"

"What an Amazing Company!! I had a Major Plumbing Issue after my son knocked the top off the toilet and busted the pipe that connects the water in to the wall. I got on Angie List and found Free Emergency Plumber.Com and within a half hour they were at my house. Not only did they fix the leak and the pipe for FREE, but the technician was also able to assist me in getting my house dried out (slightly flooded three or four rooms)! The guys at Free Emergency Plumber.Com even helped when dealing with my insurance company. Start to finish they handled just about everything for me, all I had to do was sit back and let them work. Amazing company, Amazing people, I highly recommend Free Emergency Plumber.Com."

"Imagine my surprise when a contractor actually does what he says! The project was started on time, finished on time, and the quality was even better than what I had personally expected! I would highly recommend Greg and his team, for any crawlspace issues you might have."

"We were very satisfied with the quick response time and communication up until the job was completed. They did a great job. The only reason I didn't rate a 5 in the "value for money" category is because they were priced the same as other septic companies. We chose to go with them because of their awesome customer service. It would have been nice if they were also priced a bit more under the competition, but overall we were very pleased and will recommend them to others. Thank you."

"My experience with Revamp was what I was seeking - business professionals with superior knowledge of products and installation. With a priority on customer service and satisfaction, they patiently provided much assistance preparing multiple alternative bids with detailed product specifications and pricing, giving me an informed choice for final selection of the products and installation alternatives. They communicated with me frequently and stayed on schedule to completion."

"The install went as planned.  The employees were very polite & friendly.  They were able to fix some other plumbing problems as well."

"These workers are no strangers  to hard work. They performed this job under freezing temperatures and in a confined and dark area of my basement. They went to extra extremes and additional work to keep from tearing up my yard. The clean-up was outstanding. If you have a serious water problem in your basement, this is the company you want. Very thorough and detailed with expert knowledge. Simply explain your problem to them and sit back and relax knowing you can expect the best.
