"He was great. It was an emergency on a weekend and he got here quickly. My toilet tank in the back bathroom had cracked and when I tried to shut off the water, I realized that the valve was faulty. He was able to do the repair very quickly. They were responsive."

"Will preface by saying my knowledge of water heaters is pretty minimal.  Woke up one evening with the water alarm on the water heater going off - did some basic trouble shooting, turned the water off, and called John, who was able to give me some easy tips on the phone to keep the leaking to a minimum. 
Came out the next day, at the later end of a 2 hour window he gave me (but well within the window), was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it.  Gave some good advice, and a bit of basic education on water heaters. 
Price was a bit much for in the end about 15 mins of work, but in a pinch, he came through.

     They were very professional from the receptionist to the 2 plumbers that did the work. They were on time and did a great job in getting rid of the roots in the 6" pipe to the street. They cleaned up after the work was completed. Definitely would use them again for any service.

I had a toilet that kept running when not being used. The provider came out and took a look. He replaced a part which was covered in the price, checked the pressure, and all was well. Job well done!
