"If you have a well and need installation, service, or an inspection. Artisan Well Pump is by far the best option in this area. The owner, Mykeal, is very professional. He will go out of his way and use his vast knowledge to make sure you get the best service for your money. My well pump went out on Friday evening. I contacted Mykeal late on Saturday, and he was at my house Sunday morning working hard to get my pump fixed and water restored. Fair prices and honesty. 100% trustworthy. Do not waste time if you need anything well related. Contact him and save yourself the headache."

"Whenever there was a heavy rain, flood water would come through the cracks in the "cove" where the basement wall meets the floor near the basement door leading to the exterior stair walkout. Lincoln correctly diagnosed the problem as a broken p-trap. Douglas came with one other person on time, efficiently broke through the cement landing and put in a new clay piece with a 2 foot extension. He showed me the old clay rain drain that they had removed, and it was collapsed and completely plugged up rocky clay, so it was no longer draining out to the catch basin. The house is 100 years old, and the pipe was no doubt original. They smoothly re-laid the cement at a pitch so that the water flowed toward the drain, and cleaned up afterward. No muss, no fuss; they were done in no time. They even rodded out to the street at no extra charge. The problem was fixed, and there has been no more basement flooding near the basement door! Yeah!
Lincoln had been recommended to me by a neighbor. I got quotes from three sewer contractors, and Lincoln's was actually the lowest. One of the companies I spoke to was not even interested in investigating the rain drain, but only wanted to sell me an interior drain system with a sump pump for $6,000. Problem was that the interior drains are no longer allowed in Oak Park. Well, we are happy that we got the problem fixed by honest, competent people. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend their sewer service in a heartbeat.

"They thoroughly diagnosed the problem before doing any work. They understand exactly what's going on through equipment use of pressurized smoke, cameras and really just overall experience in handling sewer matters. I also had a rat problem that was connected to this, so they tailored a solution that covered all these issues. They can handle it and know how to address the situation without extra expenses. Everything is done to code and part of the issue was that the previous owners had done some sewer work that was not to code and that caused most of the problems associated with that repair. I really liked their professionalism and response. Their entire crew was very knowledgeable and very friendly and able to answer a lot of questions. They spent a lot of time, at the beginning, to diagnose the problem. That for me sets them apart from other companies. Other companies wanted to come in and just digging up and jack hammering up the floor without really knowing what the problem was. The workers cleaned up after themselves. I got a follow up calls from the office to make sure everything was working properly. I thought they did a great job all around."

"I am in the process of purchasing the condo that I have been renting for the past year and following the inspection, decided that there were some plumbing issues that I wanted to have addressed before closing - very low hot water pressure and significant drainage issues in tub. The current owner of my condo hired a plumber that the Association has used for years to come out and fix these issues. This plumber (NOT John at The Plumbing Doctor) was not only extremely expensive, but he was unable to correct any of the issues mentioned above and even left me with an additional problem that was not there before his visit (virtually no hot water pressure in sink). So, I went did some research on my own and after reading many positive reviews on The Plumbing Doctor, I decided to set up an appointment. John was able to fix the drainage issue in the tub in a matter of 10 minutes. He also was able to quickly assess the situation with the hot water pressure in sink and 30 minutes or so later, that was fixed as well. As for the water pressure in the shower, Plumber #1 had said that there was no way to fix this without having new pipes installed throughout the building. John said that the while pipes will have to be replaced in my unit, the rest of the building won't be effected. I just feel like the first plumber was saying things couldn't be done when the truth is he didn't know how to do the work. Long story short, I highly recommend John at The Plumbing Doctor. He clearly knows what is is doing and to top things off, his prices are reasonable!...unlike Plumber #1 who charged double what John charged and left me with more problems than I had to begin with =P"

"It went well. The team came and rodded the sewer as agreed. However the work I needed was not covered under the deal I purchased. They worked with me though and arranged it so that I only paid the difference in price between the deal and work they did so that I didnt have to vo theough the trouble of doing a refund first."

"Called Saturday morning after my sump pump malfunctioned, fortunately it was not raining. Matt answered, asked about the problem and then said he could out in a couple hours. Less than 2 hours Matt arrived, assessed the situation and replaced my old pump with a new pump. In less than a half hour later the new pump was installed and working as expected. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Very pleased with the responsiveness. Will look to M & E Plumbing for all future plumbing needs."

"The service provider was punctual and professional. He fixed a leak in the furnace. I also had a question about one of the vents in one of the other rooms of the house, and he checked it out for me free of charge. He answered my questions about an unrelated hot water boiler in our house as well. Would definitely use again.
