"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Billy and his team did an excellent job of replacing everything with the water system. Upgraded well pump and pipes, replacing pressure tank and water heater. Added filtration and water softener systems as well. Replaced kitchen and bathroom faucets, also both frost-free hose bibs outside. Very professional friendly team. Cleaned up work areas very good. Would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done."

"Very well. Gentlemen were very nice and professional."

"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! Start to finish if we ever had another plumbing issue I would call no one else. They made an extremely stressful situation into something manageable. Thank You Zoom Drain!!!!"

"Professional, explained everything well before the work began during estimation. Open to negotiate and gave me a good price. Will highly recommend them."

"Really glad Angiâ s recommended them. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Came out for outdoor gas line install and a sudden plumbing emergency as well. I plan to call them for all future plumbing issues/repairs."

"We had trouble getting other contractors to even come and give us an estimate on a new septic system. Paul Rosone came out right away, explained what steps we would need to take, and gave us a reasonable range of expected costs and a realistic timeline. He walked us through everything, getting permits, etc. Paul responded quickly when we contacted him with questions. The work was done as planned and well within the costs we anticipated. Altogether a very good experience."

"I hired ValDel plumbing to move a gas water heater, well pressure tank, and replace a leaking 30 port pex manifold. Steve negotiated with me on price and gave me a reasonable estimate, considering the number of new parts that were needed. The team was here for about 9 hours and completed everything beyond expectations, including making some corrections to things that were not originally scoped, without increasing cost. They cleaned up everything before they left. Highly recommended."

"Doug arrived right away and was so helpful. Job was done in no time. Would highly recommend and will call again for any plumbing issues in the future!"
