"Made a call to them based on their reviews here. The lady on the phone told me someone would be contacting me shortly to let me know availability. Received a call a few minutes later and he told me they could come out the next morning! We wanted to get this out of the way, so I agreed. They arrived almost exactly the time they said they would, even a few minutes earlier. 
Once I let them in and explained the situation, they quickly got to work. Once they got the camera in the sewer line, he made sure I saw the condition of it after they rodded it. 
He told me they were going to rod with a smaller device inside through the pipes. 
Everything went smoothly and the work was done very well. They cleaned up the little mess that was made in the back by the catch basin.
