It was the day after Memorial Day and I was told that they were booked solid and an employee short that day, but would definitely get us in by the end of the day to diagnose the problem. Twenty minutes later I got a call from JJ asking if he could go ahead and stop on his way to his first appointment to just find out what was going on.
