"They thoroughly diagnosed the problem before doing any work. They understand exactly what's going on through equipment use of pressurized smoke, cameras and really just overall experience in handling sewer matters. I also had a rat problem that was connected to this, so they tailored a solution that covered all these issues. They can handle it and know how to address the situation without extra expenses. Everything is done to code and part of the issue was that the previous owners had done some sewer work that was not to code and that caused most of the problems associated with that repair. I really liked their professionalism and response. Their entire crew was very knowledgeable and very friendly and able to answer a lot of questions. "Will preface by saying my knowledge of water heaters is pretty minimal.  Woke up one evening with the water alarm on the water heater going off - did some basic trouble shooting, turned the water off, and called John, who was able to give me some easy tips on the phone to keep the leaking to a minimum. 
Came out the next day, at the later end of a 2 hour window he gave me (but well within the window), was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it.  Gave some good advice, and a bit of basic education on water heaters. 
Price was a bit much for in the end about 15 mins of work, but in a pinch, he came through.

Darryl and Mike arrived right on time, first thing in the morning. I had originally purchased a hot water tank replacement deal. During the old tank removal, it was discovered that my ejector pump was not working. The crew was equipped to replace that at a reasonable price as well. They worked quick and professionally and had all the work completed in a timely manner. They made sure to have tarps available to protect my floors when moving the tanks in and out. The crew had such pleasant personalities, and I could tell they enjoyed what they were doing.
