"I am in the process of purchasing the condo that I have been renting for the past year and following the inspection, decided that there were some plumbing issues that I wanted to have addressed before closing - very low hot water pressure and significant drainage issues in tub. He clearly knows what is is doing and to top things off, his prices are reasonable!...unlike Plumber #1 who charged double what John charged and left me with more problems than I had to begin with =P"
