"Will preface by saying my knowledge of water heaters is pretty minimal.  Woke up one evening with the water alarm on the water heater going off - did some basic trouble shooting, turned the water off, and called John, who was able to give me some easy tips on the phone to keep the leaking to a minimum. 
Came out the next day, at the later end of a 2 hour window he gave me (but well within the window), was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it.  Gave some good advice, and a bit of basic education on water heaters. 
Price was a bit much for in the end about 15 mins of work, but in a pinch, he came through.

During the old tank removal, it was discovered that my ejector pump was not working. The crew was equipped to replace that at a reasonable price as well. They worked quick and professionally and had all the work completed in a timely manner. They made sure to have tarps available to protect my floors when moving the tanks in and out. The crew had such pleasant personalities, and I could tell they enjoyed what they were doing.

"This review is for the furnace only, I will write another review for the A/C when I turn it on Summer 2014. I used the TDH coupon for an Trane XB80 furnace and XB13 Air Conditioner for $3500. I added a Aprilaire humidifier and closed loop humidstat controls for an additional $400. Total cost of $3900.I own a 1150 sq ft single level ranch home, the furnace replaced was approximately 30-40 years old.
Crew was on time, very clean and the work was done properly. Project included two guys at the house for 11 hrs, a third person for 6-7 hours. When they were completed the installation area looked better then I had left it and I noticed that they put a PVC pipe on my hot water heater pressure relief valve! I thought that was pretty nice I didn't ask them to put that on. Normally I can find one or two things on an install that needs to be changed or repaired, I couldn't on this install very well done!
Functionality of the A/C is To Be Determined this Summer.
