"My old hot water heater died, and a friend installed a new small 40 gal tank. But I never had hot water after that. I also had a leaking lead pipe. Patrick came and had to be a sleuth to try to determine the cause of the missing hot water. The tank was too small and not functioning, but the real problem was a crossed pipe somewhere in my 1890 house. He found the pipe location in the basement and put in a shut off valve, which gave most of the house hot water. He also put in a high quality 50 gallon tank, and repaired the leaking lead main. To completely fix the hot water, it will mean opening walls, so we left a small 1/2 bath sink and attic sink to be fixed at a later time (or not....).. This was all around Easter, but he put in long days to get it all done."

"Cleaned out the main sewer even though it didn't need cleaning. What was supposed be cleaned was the catch basin. Crew came over could not open the lid, told me that it would be up to me to open it. Then they would com back. You would think that they would how all the tools and no how to open any and all catch basin. They never called me back or followed up with me. I will never ever use them again. Very disappointed."

"They thoroughly diagnosed the problem before doing any work. They understand exactly what's going on through equipment use of pressurized smoke, cameras and really just overall experience in handling sewer matters. I also had a rat problem that was connected to this, so they tailored a solution that covered all these issues. They can handle it and know how to address the situation without extra expenses. Everything is done to code and part of the issue was that the previous owners had done some sewer work that was not to code and that caused most of the problems associated with that repair. I really liked their professionalism and response. Their entire crew was very knowledgeable and very friendly and able to answer a lot of questions. They spent a lot of time, at the beginning, to diagnose the problem. That for me sets them apart from other companies. Other companies wanted to come in and just digging up and jack hammering up the floor without really knowing what the problem was. The workers cleaned up after themselves. "Will preface by saying my knowledge of water heaters is pretty minimal.  Woke up one evening with the water alarm on the water heater going off - did some basic trouble shooting, turned the water off, and called John, who was able to give me some easy tips on the phone to keep the leaking to a minimum. 
Came out the next day, at the later end of a 2 hour window he gave me (but well within the window), was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it.  Gave some good advice, and a bit of basic education on water heaters. 
Price was a bit much for in the end about 15 mins of work, but in a pinch, he came through.

"The guys had to work to coax the top off the sewer line. After getting the top off, they rodded the line and it seemed to go well. They said no problems. Will use again next year for the maintenance."
