"Plumber Cameron Opuda from Michael & Sons Services took on a difficult and overdue sewer fix for Dad. Mr. Opuda had a can do attitude and was super at the turn around time. Great communication from the company as well. Aside: Lesson learned for Dad, never plant trees above any kind of buried lines. They can crush anything. Michael and Sons are not the cheapest rates in town, but the solid reputation with the Home Advisor proved solid. I think the price should be $3500 for a sewer line replacement on a quarter acre, as a standard, but the competition did not have as good a track record and they took many weeks to get back to me on requests. Kudos Michael and Sons Services."

I had just moved into my new home and had a few issues that needed to be dealt with. I ran out of propane and needed to have the tanks filled. The company came out to fill the tanks, but did not turn the gas on. No hot water, no cooking. They would not be out in my area (King George) until the following week. I was referred to Rescue 1 Plumbing and Gas. Larry Counts was on time, professional, honest and upfront about costs for the repairs.I called him on a Friday evening, and he was at my house to turn the gas on Saturday morning. Six days before the other guys could/would come out. It was quick and painless. And called the next day to make sure all was well. While he was here, we addressed the plumbing issues I was having. He came back a few days later to fix those issues. (It was a minor rebuild on a toilet and replaced a water pipe under my kitchen sink.) He was on time, professional, and honest. I plan on using this company for all my plumbing and gas needs for the future. I recommend Rescue 1 Plumbing and Gas to all my friends.

"Responded quickly, gave very reasonable quote, scheduled within the week. Arrived on time, worked 7 hours straight. Explained everything and were always professional. "Slow draining tub, a toilet that just won't flush, and some back flow when using the dishwasher left us thinking we just had a major clog.  To our surprise, it was a collapsed sewer line that needed to be replaced.  While there was a 1 week wait due to the time of year and the demands they were expecting, we were more than happy to wait the week.  Work went quickly and smoothly, and was far less intrusive than we anticipated.  Their staff even wore shoe coverings when coming into the house!  Only some minor clean up work was required once they left, which appeared to be an oversight when they cleaned up.  Everything else was back to normal after they left and no problems since."

"Mike arrived on time and was very professional. Since we are on well water, he explained what that meant as we have never lived off of well water before. He then checked the systems water pressure by checking all the fittings for each bathroom and the kitchen. Through that check he looked at all the filters for clogs in all of the faucets. he then went under the house to check and turn up the pressure on our well system to give us better flow throughout the house.
