Dmitry called me within the hour I submitted a request online for a quote, and he came out a few hours later to assess the problem. He was very thorough and it turns out my sump pump needed to be replaced (over 13 years old). "Will preface by saying my knowledge of water heaters is pretty minimal.  Woke up one evening with the water alarm on the water heater going off - did some basic trouble shooting, turned the water off, and called John, who was able to give me some easy tips on the phone to keep the leaking to a minimum. 
Came out the next day, at the later end of a 2 hour window he gave me (but well within the window), was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it.  Gave some good advice, and a bit of basic education on water heaters. 
Price was a bit much for in the end about 15 mins of work, but in a pinch, he came through.

They worked with me though and arranged it so that I only paid the difference in price between the deal and work they did so that I didnt have to vo theough the trouble of doing a refund first."
