"This was a Saturday and we were really stuck! I texted Randy and he and Alan actually came to our house after their first job. We are not even in their service area. He ran some quick tests, checked out the well, called the installer and then recommended that we contact our water treatment services folks on Monday morning to run some tests to determine how to adjust our filtration system. Meanwhile, they assured us that we could use the toilets and shower (no hair washing). They GREATLY relieved our stress about this! All this because they sensed our stress and could help! All the info they provided - excellent! Randy and Alan could not have been more helpful. I would recommend them to anyone! Jennifer and John Wade in Lewiston"

"Empire plumbing, owner Lee carries my strongest recommendations. Dependable, honest, professional, and just a nice person. He cares about getting what you want, even if it takes some “ MacGyuer” handy work, which is what was needed to install a whole house water filtration system in my small bathroom closet. Thankyou Lee. You are the best! I’m so pleased I found you."

"Secondwind Water Systems was excellent from start to finish. The process began about three months ago with Jesse, a Certified Water Specialist, who thoroughly tested our water and designed a comprehensive system. He was patient, informative, and never pushy while I took time to decide. Installation was completed this past Monday and included sediment filtration, a water softener, radon and PFAS removal, and reverse osmosis to our drinking water and refrigerator ice maker. Patrick, the senior technician, and his assistant Ronald were professional, knowledgeable, and did a very clean, well-organized basement install. Patrick took the time to explain how the system works and what maintenance is required. Christine in the office was friendly and extremely helpful with payment and organizing all documentation needed for state reimbursement related to the PFAS system. Highly recommend Secondwind Water Systems for quality work and excellent customer service."

"So far so good. Systems only been installed for a month. Weâ ve had others systems that lasted about 15 months and then failed. Truth will be told at 24 months."

"They were the first to give us a quote and were able to come out as soon as we needed them to. Installation was smooth, and they have been good at following up to make sure the system is working. Because our radon is still slightly high, they are doing another radon test and will follow up if it comes back high yet again. We would definitely recommend them to others!"

"Our well water tested positive for bacteria, we had H20 Care install a filtration system that would eliminate the bacteria and filter the sediment. Thanks' to you Nathen for your time and professional knowledge explaining the options concerning our water issues and also the technician Kyle, he did a real nice clean install on the filter & UV light system......was polite & courteous too! Thank you H20 Care!"
