Ken was the only one that wasn't quick to say that we needed to replace our water system, he checked the system, took water samples to find out what the system was doing or not doing. Ken wanted to make sure that the system didn't just need to repaired instead of replace. Ken is very professional and knowledgeable in his trade, he was also very honest! He didn't push for us to go through him, his main concern was that we got the best service and quality drinking water. He did a very thorough job on installing our new system and talked us through everything he was doing step by step to include hooking up our drinking water spigot and even hooking up our ice maker which was never done prior. Once job was complete he has stayed in contact with us follow up communication to ensure that our system is functioning properly and has met our needs. The technician knew immediately what it was, he cleaned out the line and the pan and checked everything else to make sure it was working. This is an older system so I was glad he was so thorough and there was no upselling of service, etc."
