"Enjoying our new water treatment system. Our old one was leaking. Now we have a new stainless steel system in our basement. Our salesman, Scott, was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone who us interested in a water treatment system."

"Though contracting/consultation was secured through Trident Water Treatment, the company Kel Tran Water Treatment completed the installation. The Technicians were well-equipped and experienced to complete the installation. Great Job !!!"

"Brian took the time to clearly explain the ins and out of the water treatment system before we agreed to the installation. He answered all our questions. He and his son are professional, communication is excellent and we would recommend them to friends or family without any hesitation. Excellent experience!"

"Joe was clean, prompt, and respectful of my home and time. The installation of both the softener and the RO system is neat and tidy. What a change in our ester after just a week! Skin feels better (not dry anymore) and we are using less soap for laundry and dishwasher. The RO water tastes great and I am saving money no longer buying 5-gallon water jugs. I would use this company again if I move and would recommend it to friends."

"I needed to have the gas line behind my current stove relocated so that a new stove could be installed. Sounds simple right? Not if your home is over 150 years old! Jerry and his team did a fantastic job of chipping away at drywall, brick and who knows what else to successfully relocate the gas line. Not only that, he had noticed on the day of the estimate that my water line to the fridge was leaking and that both my dishwasher and aforementioned water line did not have up to date shut off valves which could delay installation (again!) of my new appliances. I was very pleased with the service I received and the care they took in cleaning up after the jobs were completed. I will definitely use this company again should I require plumbing services and recommend them to my family and friends."

"We came home on a Sunday morning after being away to find a leak/water damage from a worn-through pipe spraying water. We called the office to get the first available appointment, and they were able to send someone out same day--on a Sunday!! Our technician, Billy Pearsall, was prompt, professional, and encouraging but realistic with our issues and concerns. He made the process very easy for us, and everyone involved with scheduling were also really easy to work with. Definitely a 5-star company, with 5-star professionals on their team!"

"It was a delight to work with this company from scheduling to the completion of the maintenance. It was very easy to work with the company to reschedule the appointment to a much sooner date than originally requested. I received a courtesy phone call informing me of their arrival?and they arrived soon after. Both Mike and Matt were very professional and were "comfortable" to have in my home. They performed the most in-depth cleaning I had seen, always answered my questions, showed me some things to improve the efficiency of the boiler system configuration and showed me a better way to purge air out of the system than I had been shown previously. Would I want them back? I upgraded a single?visit maintenance into a full-year contract. Before leaving, we discussed my central air system? I will likely schedule with them for a maintenance contract for this service within a month. In short, yeah, they're great.

"On the price, I don't, but it was also reasonable. They had also installed a water heater like a year before, reasonable. For sure they're a good service provider, any issues I have with the HVAC or my water system, I'll go to them. They clean up behind themselves; I don't have to do much."
