He went above and beyond to do the job, snd clean up. Whoever answered the phone when I called this am, squeezed in my appointment, and never did I have to speak to a machine. They texted me when he was on the way, snd showed exactly when he was supposed to. Great friendly customer service- will definitely recommend them to others and use them again! "Matt, AJ, Scott, Vinnie, Charlie all did a terrific job. They installed a gas water heater, installed a shut off on the water heater where there was one missing, replaced a kitchen sink from an old double sink to a new full size sink and in doing so, moved the garbage disposal and re-piped the whole project. They checked other pipes & plumbing and repaired a broken outside water pipe. Tisha in the office was also wonderful - very accommodating, congenial and they are all very customer service oriented. Respectful, honest, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"Total Mechanical Systems went the extra mile. In one week they fixed my water heater and the igniter on my furnace. They were prompt and did exactly what they said. Their service techs are knowledgeable, and when the tech who came to my house couldn't diagnose the problem, he called in a more seasoned tech. They both worked on it for some time but only charged me the $99 diagnostic fee. Well done!"
