Jesse G, operations field manager taught us how to do maintenance of the tank to prolong the life of the water tank (e.g. draining every 6 months and changing anod rod annually). Since our water heater was still on warranty, Jason helped us to exchange the water heater at Home Depot and gave us advice on which one to upgrade to. Jason also installed the new water heater. Al Molinar, owner, brought the new unit, oversaw completion of the installation.  Technician coached me on future maintenance (flushing) of new water heater.  Job complete, everyone gone and I was taking hot shower by 1:30, happy as a clam.
