"I am only giving 4* now, since I only had the system installed Monday April, 12, 2021. My experience so far has been very good. The initial estimate and discussion came on time, and the work was done promptly and also on time. My main reason to install a new system was poor quick service from my prior company. I had been a full month without soft water and the rust was terrible. For this new system to get a 5* rating will have to wait and see if routine inspections and delivery of salt are timely and professional. Zak, who installed the system was prompt and very professional. I would use this company again (But hope I will not need to use them)."
