"I called Don to fix a leaking water line from a previous fridge that had been taken out that had an ice/water maker. Don came to my appt exactly on time and he was efficient and quick for the repair. No talking on cell phone re private calls etc. It ended up being a less involved repair than originally anticipated and he did not try to upsell me or do more complicated work than was necessary so the final cost came in a bit under original phone quote which was very nice. This is an new home for me and there was another concern that came up last night that Don could not stay for to complete bc he had another appt after me to be on time for (great reliability for all his customers!) but he did take the time to explain what was needed for that future appt which was courteous. Also I am a single woman and felt completely safe having Don in my home. In an additional plus, he was friendly to my dog who I only had to put away bc heâ s a wild boy and very nosy but Don seemed that he would be comfortable around a calm dog. I would absolutely hire Don again."

"From the initial contact with the office to the final service, they were an excellent choice. They did not try to oversell; I was given three options, including replacing the current system with the same choice (the cheapest) and two additional choices providing different options at different levels of cost. Other companies that provided a quote only offered one option and looked for a decision immediately, The two service techs that came out and installed my new system were exceptional. They wore masks and gloves for my safety and explained everything that they were doing each step of the way. The system has been in for a week now and I am still having difficulty getting used to how wonderful the water feels compared to the many years of super hard water. The company was an excellent choice and will be my plumber from now on."

He had a compatible water heater on the truck and installed it for us in 2 hours. I was impressed with his expertise and advice. He even took the old one away. Will use them again. I called LV Quality Water Works and spoke to Andrew Jay for some guidance.  He was very professional and answered all my questions

I then scheduled him to come to my residence to install my softner system.  He removed the old system and installed the new one.  He didn't mind me asking him questions as he installed the system.  He then walked me through the operation of the system and provided me with his card should I have any further questions.  The price was very reasonable for the install.

I would definitely recommend this company again and the professionalism this company and Andrew Jay.

However, per conversation before buying the system, some one suppose to call me 3 months after the installation to come and check the system. I am in my 5th months now, still no call. This is why 4.5 stars for customer service. Other then that, my experience are awesome."

He was delayed by a an earlier appointment but i was notified of the delay and advised of his projected arrival. I also received an email advising me he was dispatched and would be arriving soon. "They responded to my call and had someone out the next day. They explained I needed to run a new water line from the meter to the house since the water leak could not be found and with additions we have added the leak was probably underneath the concrete patio. When they came to do the work they did an excellent job and told me everything they were doing as the work progressed. Would recommend them highly."
