"First of all, Culligan is a well-established company that had a very competitive offering in terms of their product, service plan, and warranty. However, we ended up going with another company on HomeAdvisor primarily because it was out of our price range. Having said that, my rep Steve Easters was excellent. He showed up on time and was extremely informative without being pushy about buying. He tested our water and explained the water treatment process and technology at a very rudimentary level. He also made us feel extremely comfortable about weighing our options. He certainly exhibits passion for his work, and Culligan is fortunate to have him on their team. I am on a plan to replenish the salt in my water softener and they do a good job. If I had any problem with plumbing, they are responsive I would recommend them to anybody."
