When it was determined that the valve could not be repaired, Chris explained all our options. Their pricing is very reasonable and you can decide which option is best for you. We elected to replace the valve rather than the whole system. Chris immediately made an appointment (2 days later). Matt arrived early. He was also very courteous and knowledgeable, and took the time needed to replace the valve and assure everything was correctly setup and working as expected. Matt thoroughly explained everything he was doing and showed me how to use the new valve. I would highly recommend Cims Water Solutions and will definitely use them again!"

"The actual work was top-notch. I selected this company because it was the only one located in my county, and I like to support local business. It was a rush job and the guy went out of his way to accommodate us. However, while making the initial visit for water testing, etc. he grumbled a bit to my son about pushing other customers to fit us in. Otherwise the work was wonderful and the new unit seems perfect. He even helped on a question that arose after installation and was very useful. Note: After hiring T & T for the work one of the other companies finally called me up and was just awful -- calling me names and informing me that not letting him in to give an estimate was costing him $20 for the wasted referral -- I put him on my NEVER do business with him list."
