"I couldn't recommend this company any higher.  I called Kyle while he was enroute to another job and he was able to get to my house within a few hours.  He was very professional and friendly, and efficiently removed the old heater and installed the new one.  While he was performing this he also saw that my water softener's drain wasn't set up correctly and fixed that for me.  He also trouble shot and fixed a back faucet that had been leaking from multiple locations.  I will use Kyle and his company for any plumbing issues in the future.

Not only did he perform the water heater flush he checked all water sources and connections. Washer, water softener, water heater, toilets & sinks. Alerted me to possible future issues and what to keep my eye on.
Gave great advice about products & prices but There was no pressure and he never scared me into buying something.
Larry impressed me with his desire to be fair and honest. I have lived in Vegas 27 years and finding a service provider who is not out to rip you off is hard to find. He also charges at a flat rate and not by the hour. Another great way to know exactly how much a job will cost.

Keith called back immediately, had me take photo's of the unit and send to him, then he talked me through the shut-off procedure. We then scheduled a visit on Monday. Houston the Service Tech looked at the leak, but suggested I get work done by installer as it should be under warranty, and would accept no payment. Subsequently, the install company responded.)
