"Exceptional service to update my master bath lighting as part of a bath remodel. This is my second major project done by Randy’s. I appreciated the help in designing my lighting. I added 4 ceiling lights and 3 new sconces by the mirrors. Another outlet was also installed along with a new vent fan. Getting advice on the latest lighting fixtures was helpful to me in updating bath lighting not updated since 1985. My old vent fan still worked and it was recycled for use in my guest bath as a cost saving measure suggested by Randy’s. The work site was thoroughly cleaned after the project was completed. "I had an old water heater (was in the house when I moved in about 20 years ago) and it started to leak. After shutting off the water to the water heater, I did a little Angie's List research to find a company to do the replacement. I called a couple and decided to use Randy Lane, based on cost and my interaction with them, which I felt was cordial and helpful, and made an appointment.
The service person arrived on time on the day of the appointment and went to work. He disconnected the old heater and hauled it out. The new heater was brought in and he did the needed plumbing work to connect the water and also made the natural gas connections. He fired up the unit and briefed me on the new unit - how to turn-off the water and gas, if needed, temperature, etc.
The area was left in the same condition as when he arrived.
