"Did a great job replacing my water softener. I decided to rent since I was selling my house. John was very professional, friendly and prompt."

"Extremely courteous and respectful of our time - great service! Water softener is working great so far but only had it a week...5 year warranty included was a huge plus but we won't know for years if this was a good value. Buy in bulk from the mfr so prices were very competitive - a fantastic value for my money!"

"We used Finken when we built our new home. They were so helpful from beginning to end and now with service these last 5.5 years. We love the automatic deliveries of salt and reverse osmosis filters. We were previous water dispenser customers also and the automatic water jug deliveries were also great! We recently had them out as our Reverse Osmosis system was making a buzzing sound and they were quick to diagnose and provide a fix. Everyone is knowledgable and friendly and we will use Finken for life!"

"We had an issue with our water conditioning system for Aquarius. They attempted to remedy the problem and determined they needed to replace the system. With the system being over 5 years old, I was uncertain what it would cost me, however, the only thing better than the equipment they provide is their customer service. No cost to replace with a better system. Now that is service!"

"Professional service and good explanation of service needed"

"Needed a leaking water heater replaced. Todd was great at providing a quote for the job, and working me into his schedule for the next day. Punctual and efficient...and within an hour or so I had a new water heater with hot water! Would highly recommend for a job well done."

"Job was done right and the plumber was professional and easy to work with"

"Hero responded almost immediately when I posted my job. I spoke to them on Sunday and they had someone at my house first thing on Monday morning. I had hot water restored by noon!"

"Very friendly people who were able to install a water softener the same day I called. Fast service!"

"Jim was very responsive to my inquiry for a new water softener. Within a week, I had a new system. The install was quick and the old softener was out. Jim is really nice guy and very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend him!"
