We had another competitor, started with a C, while in East TN and loved the system with not too many issues. However, upon doing research here and having a water bill, the fact that Kinetico uses the force of the water for regeneration and to clean only made sense; plus the fact that it uses very little water, purified water as well in order to clean - this was important to us. He is such a gentleman and is incredibly professional, going so far as to patch up our system as much as he could without having the correct parts (he doesnâ t sell this brand, but he STILL went out of his way to help us as much as possible!)
