"We have been customers of Manwill for over 10 years. The reasons why were highlighted yesterday when our water heater unexpectedly failed. I called their emergency number at about 9:30 AM and was quickly connected with Jeff. He helped me figure out how to protect my home, educated me about the implications of recent legislation regarding water heaters, and scheduled an appointment for replacement for late yesterday evening. A brief while later, one of his teams were redirected to our home because their assigned job went more quickly than expected. The men had a new, environmentally safer water heater installed before 4:00 PM and for less than I had expected to pay. It is nice to have a company filled with people who know what they're doing, and behave in a professional, responsible manner, on your side, especially in an urgent situation."

"Jeff from Just Right came out to look at my non-functioning AC system. I'd previously had two different well-known local HVAC companies come out; one company told me I needed a $1200 repair inside the central unit (furnace) but would not guarantee that it would actually solve the problem or offer a refund if it didn't...and another company that just wanted to sell me a new $4000 system.
Just Right took the time to diagnose the problem...and no, it wasn't the internal problem that that other company suggested. Had I gone with them I would've been out $1200. 
What I particularly liked about the experience was that there was zero "pitch" or pressure to buy a new system or go with a particular service. I was presented several options (diagnosis only, removal of defective unit, partial replacement or complete new system) and given prices on each option. And I say this again, no pressure on a particular option.
I ended up choosing to replace the condenser and compressor (the outdoor parts). This option cost about half of what a basic [full/complete] new system would cost.
My house is now comfy in the heat and I didn't have to break my budget. Thanks Jeff & Just Right!

"I do not know if they did the garbage disposal or not. I had two things done last year, the garbage disposal and a new faucet on the sink. The person that did the faucet on the sink did not do it right. He reversed the water in the hot and the cold. The lines were crossed underneath and they came back out after my husband who was here called them and they seemed to think that that was normal and then I called and said, "No, it is not." And they said, "What do you want?" Then I said, "For you to fix it." and they did. They were okay. I think that that one person just maybe had a little bit of a problem but I do not think that that was the case of the whole company and when I asked them to fix it, they did. I honestly do not remember the price of the service and I do not have anything to compare it to so I do not know about that. The quality of the service the first time certainly was not good but they did repair it. I was not real happy with the whole situation. I was not here when they came because I work but my husband was since he is retired. I did not know how the visit went when they came out to fix it because I did not hear anything about it. I just know that it was fixed. The first guy that did the work was not professional but the repairman that fixed it I think was. It was probably his fault because he had a bad employee."
