The main office (including Regina)  also was helpful with the follow up. My one question has to do with whether it was a bit overpriced. I checked with another reputable plumber (also on Angeie's List) and that person said he would have done it for about $100 less. This being said, the work and the communication were both excellent.

I went back to A.L. and saw the same exact service for $211.00. we contacted them and they mailed out a quote for around $400. I don't get why they would have such a disparaging price difference"
