"This company is great! I had an appointment with a different plumbing company for this morning. I was given a time frame of 2 hours (8-10) to have toilet fixed. I waited, getting nervous as it approached 10 and had not heard a peep from the first plumber. A few minutes after 10 the first plumber called and wanted to reschedule. I was pretty upset. I started searching angieslist again and the first two plumbing companies said they wouldn't be able to get a plumber out today but recommended Plumbing Plus. I am glad they did. I called and was given a two hour time frame 3-5p for today. Awesome! At 223pm I received a text stating the tech's name Robert from Plumbing Plus was on his way along with details of Robert's experience as well as a pic and contact number...wow!...very impressed and very appreciative of such great customer service! I told him what happened and he advised that he would contact a leak detection company ASAP and let me know when they would arrive. He did as promised and we had that company at our house within the hour (on a Saturday, no less). We spoke to that person for a good while about the different steps we could take and decided what was right for us. During this time, Leo texted to check on us and the outcome. I sent him the pictures of the issue and he gave me a reasonable price for the fix. He immediately came over to get our leak fixed so that we would not be without water over the weekend. "We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"

"The installation was performed in one day plus two hours the next day. Mark and Kevin from Carini did a great job of arriving on time both days, keeping us informed of how the job would go and then how it was going during the day. A crane was needed to remove the old AC unit and bring in the new air conditioner to the backyard. The crane operator was early, but Mark and Kevin were ready with their part of the job to send the old AC on its way. They are very professional and treated our home very well. They left it clean at the end of work both days. We are now enjoying a warm house and looking forward to a cool summer. The new system is much quieter then our old one."
