He did as promised and we had that company at our house within the hour (on a Saturday, no less). We spoke to that person for a good while about the different steps we could take and decided what was right for us. During this time, Leo texted to check on us and the outcome. I sent him the pictures of the issue and he gave me a reasonable price for the fix. He immediately came over to get our leak fixed so that we would not be without water over the weekend. "The installation was performed in one day plus two hours the next day. Mark and Kevin from Carini did a great job of arriving on time both days, keeping us informed of how the job would go and then how it was going during the day. A crane was needed to remove the old AC unit and bring in the new air conditioner to the backyard. The crane operator was early, but Mark and Kevin were ready with their part of the job to send the old AC on its way. They are very professional and treated our home very well. They left it clean at the end of work both days. We are now enjoying a warm house and looking forward to a cool summer. The new system is much quieter then our old one."
