"Incredible. I had installed a water filter system 8 years ago that provided adequate filtration enough to prevent toilet fill valve restriction. I had a water treatment company (no good)replace my filters because of the maintenance headache. They installed their filter treatment system and after two days my water looked like shit, literally. My toilet fill valves began to clog after about a week. After a couple of weeks with no resolving the problem it was time for a change. I contacted Waterboy and met with Roy and Rita. We agreed to make the change. That was on a Wednesday and on Friday they were there on time to remove my worthless system and install theirs. The installers were professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. They flushed and sanitized my water lines after installing their filter treatment system. I can't believe that after a couple of flushes of my toilets they are now filling like they were prior to that previous, worthless, filtration system was installed. They truly know water treatment."

"Amazing work and customer service. Excellent prices. I had a tankless water system installed. John also took care of some other plumbing projects I needed done."

"Pure Water Pure Air LLC did an initial installation a year of a HomeGuard Water Softener which has worked out very well. They recently completed an inspection and tuned the system and helped educate us on proper use. Responded quickly, knowledgeable, patient and polite and most importantly professional. We'll definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends."

"These were really nice guys and they did a good job but they're were a few areas where they could improve. The shower water blender is reversed, so hot and cold are switched from what it says on the hardware. The outdoor water spigot was installed without screws so it swivels slightly. We can fix that easily but they should have secured it with screws. They needed to leave to get a party, and both went. It would have been more efficient our one stayed to do the other repair while the other went shopping. More efficient and more economical to save time on the job. These were really nice young guys, respectful and responsive."

"Awesome all was done on a timely basis. I was never without water."

"Jamie did a fantastic job. Came out the day we called him to see what needed to be done.  The next day he and his associate had the new hot water tank in quickly and efficiently. Spent time showing us how the new hot water tank worked and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend Smith Plumbing!
