"I feel so much better our family has cleaner drinking water! I have been considering getting a whole house water purification system and found Kinetico by AAA Water Systems. We had an appointment with Damian Fernandez. He was so nice and took the time to make sure we understood how the water system works and answered all of our questions. I was also horrified that the water test showed that what we had been drinking barely met regulations. The installation only took one day to complete. Jessie was courteous and confirmed my preferences before installing the system. The tanks take up much less space in our garage than I thought. Then Jessie walked through how to turn it off and on as well as how to maintain it. In the end I’m very pleased with the service and product! Here are a few things to consider… laundry pods have too much detergent and will stain your clothes. After the system is installed you’ll need much less detergent (money saver) for the washer and dishwasher. Also you’ll need to decide where you want your untreated water faucet to be. I chose inside the garage with the treatment system but I wish I would’ve chosen the outside faucet so I can water my plants with that water. Also if you’re like us with conserving water in this drought, keep in mind you can’t use the grey water from the house in your yard or garden. The treated water is not good for plants. Your house plants need to be watered with the hard, untreated water."

"John was Great!!! Our first appointment had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, but John communicated the issue immediately which was much appreciated, and set new appointment. When John came arrived on time (A+) Professional and listened to my idea/suggestion (A+) Did the job in less than the estimated time (A+) Cleaned and REPAIRED the wall area which I didn't expect (A+) Price was 1/3 of what others wanted to charge. Definitely, recommend NorCal Water Treatment to others, and will be rehiring for future plumbing projects/issues. I'm real BIG on customer service/professionalism and John is "The Man!""

"The plumber came almost at the end of the appointed time. When he arrived, he was fairly arrogant, and refused to negotiate despite coming from Angie's list. Lastly, he repaired the leaky line in about an hour, charging $530, and also did not provide the water plastic box for water line. We had to purchase one from another store. When I paid for the invoice, they didn't tell me that they are charging additional 3% with credit card. All in all, they did the work, but at a high price, and so so customer service."

"They did a great job replacing my water heater."

"Michael Smith gave us a very excellent service. Weâ re so happy to have him fix our big problem with the water leak infront of our house. He has really a great knowledge and the best quick service performance.. We truly appreciate your help. More power to the company!"

"We haven't had an issue with the system"

"Very well. Matt arrived on time. Actually discovered a leak in my wall and helped open it up as well as installing the tankless water heater."

"I would like to start by saying that the service I received from Kermit at Chapman's Legacy Plumbing is the exact reason I am a member of Angie's List! Kermit was a true professional who was able to trouble shoot all issues with my sink and water in the kitchen. He corrected several issues and located all necessary parts to avoid replacing major parts like the entire faucet. Kermit was punctual, explained everything he was doing or needed to do, performed quality work and was just an all around friendly person. After reading a dozen companies reviews and taking a chance, I got exactly what I was hoping for. THIS IS WHAT MAKES ANGIES WORTH IT!! Thank you Kermit!"

"It was great luck that Jason of J Drains was working on a job near my home and was able to come by after he finished that job to check my hot water heater. He fixed it right away because he spotted what was wrong quickly. Jason was very professional and polite. I recommend this company!"

"I chose Advanced Plumbing to do an estimate only but I was really impressed with Chris's professionalism and explanation of what needed to be done but I still had another scheduled contractor to do another estimate before deciding which I would hire, but after reading on FB and saw they had a 5 star rating and read Yelp reviews, I knew at that point it would probably be Advanced Plumbing that I wanted right off, to do my water main pipe repair. They arrived at the allotted time and done within time frame given. I'm glad to say I'm a happy and satisfied customer and was able to go on with my day. Being without water was not going to be how I wanted to spend my weekend. Thanks to Advanced Plumbing!"
