"The installation was performed in one day plus two hours the next day. Mark and Kevin from Carini did a great job of arriving on time both days, keeping us informed of how the job would go and then how it was going during the day. A crane was needed to remove the old AC unit and bring in the new air conditioner to the backyard. The crane operator was early, but Mark and Kevin were ready with their part of the job to send the old AC on its way. They are very professional and treated our home very well. They left it clean at the end of work both days. We are now enjoying a warm house and looking forward to a cool summer. The new system is much quieter then our old one."

"I contacted Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air, a honest and trustworthy company after I realized at the last minute I needed a refrigerator water line assessment and they quickly sent Miguel to my home who noticed upon assessment inspection the water pressure was unsatisfactory and recommended replacing the water pressure valve in addition to the refrigerator water line. "Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."
