They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment. In fact, they let me use it for three full days before I had to reach out to ask how to pay them! 🤯 I was thinking it was impossible to find a company that truly cares about the quality of their work and their customer’s experience anymore and every contractor only cared about rushing to collect a half down check to not show back up. "TLDR: Upfront on costs, options. Very high quality work. Friendly. Mike at Upfront is amazing. He understood the work I needed done which was to install a water softener and he asked questions about what I was trying to achieve which revealed some plumbing changes we needed to make to have soft water at all sinks throughout the house. He reviewed those options with me and wasn't pushy about the other work to allow me to make the decision on what I wanted to do. After performing the work we realized we didn't like the soft water at our fridge and he came back FOR FREE to switch back the plumbing for the fridge to the way it was before. He really went above and beyond to not only perform the work at a top level, but also offer options to achieve what we wanted from our water system. I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing needs."

"I purchased a condo in Salt Lake City this past year. When it was time for the annual spring maintenance on my rooftop central AC unit, I found Just Right Air on Angie's list and decided to give them a try based on positive reviews and a 50% off coupon for any tune ups offered to Angie's List members. The technicians arrived on time, were dressed professionally, and went right to work servicing and cleaning the air conditioning unit. They also checked my furnace and the humidifier system. When the cleaning and maintenance tasks were complete, I was given the checklist they use to ensure a comprehensive service call. It listed all tests that were performed along with the results and any recommendations for service. It was apparent from our conversation and review of the checklist that the technicians were both extremely knowledgeable and thorough in servicing my HVAC. The technician also took the time to demonstrate the operation and maintenance of each piece of equipment including the digital thermostat that controls all components of my system. (The previous owner did not leave any manuals.). JRA also fixed an issue with the drip pan that my water heater sits in at a reasonable additional cost. (A plumbing service --My Buddy the Plumber--said it could only be fixed by first removing the new water heater they had just installed and then reinstalling it. Thankfully, this was not the case.) I decided to sign up for one of the maintenance plans that Just Right Air offers. Not only are their plans cost-effective, but enrollment puts you on their 'priority list' for priority service. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Just Right Air, and I highly recommend this company to others."
